Exceptional Opportunity for SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN trained Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Greenwich. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to provide tailored support and adapt to individual students' EHCPs. You will employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Primary Setting
  • Proven track record in handling challenges and behaviour management
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers
  • Passion for education and ideally experience working with children and young people
  • Enhanced DBS Check and registration on the update service
