Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Nurse to join our team at Aspire People. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to children aged 0-5 years
  • Work with children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the nursery

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or early years
  • DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check
  • Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to undergo training
  • Ability to work with children who require nappy changes
  • Two professional references
