Work Environments:

Crèche, Day nursery, and Nursery schools. Aspire People is actively seeking Level 2 and 3 Nursery Nurses to meet the growing demand for supply staff in the Rubery region.

We collaborate with various nurseries and educational institutions in the area.

If you have a passion for nurturing young children, engaging with their families, and being part of a supportive team, this opportunity is tailored for you. As a Nursery Nurse, your expertise in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), understanding Ofsted standards, and experience with children who have Special Educational Needs will be invaluable. Additionally, your ability to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers is essential.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or higher qualifications in childcare or early years education
  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one
  • Paediatric First Aid certification or readiness to complete a 2-day training course
  • Comfort with changing nappies when necessary
  • Ability to provide two references, one from your most recent employer
