About the Role

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced MRICS surveyor to join our infrastructure team as an Associate Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality professional services to our clients in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Valuation of rural land and property
  • Negotiation of compensation claims
  • Develop and undertake new business/relationship opportunities
  • Management of surveyors working across the team
  • Mentoring and coaching junior members of the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • MRICS surveyor and registered valuer with experience gained within the rural sector
  • Fellow of the CAAV and strong understanding of compulsory purchase/compensation knowledge
  • Business development-orientated attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner
