We are seeking an experienced MRICS surveyor to join our rural division as a rural property specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing property services with a rural focus, including compensation relating to temporary and permanent acquisition, and the valuation of rural land and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent technical, fee-earning work alongside our land teams and project managers for our clients.
  • Develop and undertake new business/relationship opportunities and drive forward initiatives in the local area with a particular focus on claimants/landowners.
  • Implement policy as required and ensure legal compliance on all work carried out.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the team through their professional development.

Requirements:

  • MRICS surveyor and registered valuer with experience gained within the rural sector.
  • Fellow of the CAAV and possess a strong understanding of compulsory purchase/compensation knowledge.
  • Rural surveying experience would also be advantageous.
