As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing leadership and coaching to our team members, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving workstation bottlenecks, ensuring quality standards are met, and overseeing effective preparation of workstations for peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks
  • Ensure all products served to customers meet quality standards
  • Oversee effective preparation of all workstations for peak periods
  • Follow all restaurant safety procedures and coach others
  • Actively seek information on restaurant financial and customer measures
  • Demonstrate accountability for growing sales

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Act as a model providing leadership and coaching on an ongoing basis to the team
  • Communicate effectively with others
  • Train new team members
  • Oversee team members during shifts
  • Able to efficiently work around problems
  • Demonstrate growth mindset by learning from mistakes

  • Prioritize customer needs over tasks currently being performed
  • Demonstrate positive energy by handling customer issues on the spot
  • Makes decisions that help customers
  • Coach team on resolving customer issues

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Food retail or service industry experience preferred
  • Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction expectations
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
