Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Clerical Team within the Rehabilitation Department. As a Reception and Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient appointment service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception and clerical support to the Rehabilitation Centre
  • Assist in the management of outpatient waiting lists and clinics
  • Meet and greet patients and other visitors, directing them to the appropriate area within the department or hospital

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications:

  • Basic level of education including English and Maths or equivalent qualification/work experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ II or equivalent
  • RSA II or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Knowledge of a range of secretarial procedures and software programmes
  • Relevant secretarial/administrative experience
