Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Clerical Team within the Rehabilitation Department. As a Reception and Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient appointment service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and clerical support to the Rehabilitation Centre
- Assist in the management of outpatient waiting lists and clinics
- Meet and greet patients and other visitors, directing them to the appropriate area within the department or hospital

Essential Qualifications:
- Basic level of education including English and Maths or equivalent qualification/work experience
Desirable Qualifications:

- RSA II or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of a range of secretarial procedures and software programmes
- Relevant secretarial/administrative experience
