We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Coordinator to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Costing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Internal Sales Team with key customers, managing internal and external contacts to provide quotations, load and progress orders, and ensure customers are always fully updated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process RFQs:
    • Prioritize loading of RFQs onto EFACS and Salesforce
    • Provide accurate costings for customer RFQs
    • Liaise with all business functions to secure accurate data
    • Raise Price Reqs and support tickets as and when required
    • Apply smart pricing to all quotations
    • Maintain agreed Gross Margin % in line with business strategy
  • Process Customer Order:
    • Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and progress
  • Costing and Pricing:
    • Develop and maintain accurate costing models to ensure competitiveness
    • Conduct regular reviews of pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Provide cost-saving recommendations to management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in EFACS and Salesforce
