Bromley-based school seeks dedicated Educational Assistant to support students with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with Autism, focusing on their unique needs and requirements
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents/carers
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
Requirements:
- First-Class Bachelors Degree from a leading UK University
- Prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity
- Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and its effects on learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
