Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term time only hours
At Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.Located across two sites, our Secondary School supports around 125 students. The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupils potential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives. We provide young people with as much freedom as possible in a safe and supervised environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with the brilliant pupilsand young people we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education. Each individual has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too. Taking a responsive and caring approach, you may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervising pupilsas they explore further afield.
