About the Role

Galliard Homes, a leading property developer in London, is seeking a skilled Commercial Asset Manager to oversee its commercial portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, profitability, and value enhancement of our commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial assets, including lease agreements, rent reviews, and marketing vacant units.
  • Collaborate with managing agents, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate portfolio data and foster strong relationships.
  • Oversee the commercial portfolio records, ensuring up-to-date information on tenancies, vacancies, and dates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our commercial assets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of commercial property management and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
