Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of tenancies, vacancies, and portfolio data.
- Actively market and oversee the leasing of vacant units, ensuring a proactive approach.
- Liaise regularly with managing agents to obtain client statements, arrears reports, and handle rent reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute the strategy for each site, including managing vacant possession when required.
