Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (Monday - Friday) and £12.50 per hour (Saturday & Sunday). In addition, you will receive mileage reimbursement at 32p per mile and access to our refer-a-friend scheme, which offers up to £1000* in rewards. You will also enjoy outstanding career development opportunities, including fully funded training up to QCF level 5 and membership in our company pension scheme.

A Day in the Life
As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, light domestic duties, preparing meals and snacks, shopping, and companionship to our customers. Your role will involve working independently, using your initiative to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care. We welcome applications from individuals with no previous experience or qualifications in care; what's essential is your passion and motivation to make a difference in your community.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good people skills, strong empathy, and a caring and compassionate nature. You must also have a valid driving license and use of your own car is required for this position. A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK is essential, and you must be able to work between 3.30pm and 10pm, including weekends.
