We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our client's growing repair group in Reading. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, managing a team of experts, and ensuring the site meets key performance indicators and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the on-site team, including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator, and administrative staff
  • Ensure site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service
  • Set targets and drive performance to achieve or exceed financial and operational targets
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work ethic
  • Recruit and deliver against key performance indicators with senior management team support
  • Monitor individual productive performance to minimize non-productive time
  • Establish and maintain good working relations with key personnel
  • Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets
  • Actively manage work provider and supplier relationships
  • Deal with customer issues
Requirements:
  • Vast knowledge and experience of the repair process and claims process
  • Natural leadership and excellent people management skills
  • High level of business acumen
  • Results-driven
  • Previous experience of site management within the Accident repair industry
