Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Coach to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Employment Coach, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and overcome barriers to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants and provide one-to-one coaching and guidance to support their employment journey
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employers, and other stakeholders to promote employment opportunities
  • Conduct needs assessments and create personalized employment plans to help customers achieve their goals
  • Provide training and support to customers to develop their skills and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve contractual targets
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market and employment trends
  • Basic knowledge of self-employment and entrepreneurship
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
  • Desirable: knowledge of the employability industry, recruitment industry, and experience of working with people in the provision of information, advice, and guidance
