Role Overview

Voyage Care is seeking a genuinely caring and hands-on Female Support Worker to enhance the quality of life of the people we support in our residential service in Folkestone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching new life skills and assisting with personal care
  • Encouraging individuals to access their local communities, socialise, and participate in activities
  • Providing support and guidance to help individuals grow in confidence and independence
