- HR Projects: Participate in HR-related projects, provide assistance, views, and feedback when required, and contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR systems and strategies.
- Employee Experience: Assist in exit interviews with employees who are leaving and complete reference requests from new employers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and providing support to management as needed.
