Job Title: Digital Advisory Manager

Vodafone Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Advisory Manager to lead the development and implementation of our digital advice service, V-Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product development, managing the performance of our digital proposition, and maximizing the impact of our digital advisory service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the product roadmap and proposition commercialization, including digital demand generation.
  • Owning the customer experience, KPIs, and performance of the service across the Group.
  • Defining and implementing assisted and unassisted sales customer journeys via the Digital Advisory at Group and OpCo level.
  • Driving the marketing plan based on data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work with technology in an Agile manner (managing large front-end and back-end squads).
  • Digital CX/NPS experience.
  • Commercial and monetization experience.
  • Knowledge of both Telco Group functions and Operating Businesses beneficial, but Digital Expertise is a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to work across multiple markets and manage global projects in a matrix organization.
What We Offer:
  • Yearly bonus: 20%.
  • Company car: company-funded car of £580 per month or cash alternative of £630 per month.
  • Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year.
  • Maternity leave: 52 weeks, the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay.
  • Private pension.
