Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated at £23,410 per annum, with opportunities for overtime. Our benefits package includes pension, life assurance, sick pay, lunch allowance, and employee referral scheme.
Job Description:
This exciting opportunity involves visiting various sites to undertake field measurements of water quantity, depth, quality, rainfall, and other parameters. Responsibilities also include installing, operating, and maintaining telemetry logging equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working in water, with strong swimming skills
- Confidence in working at heights and within confined spaces
- Good level of computer literacy (MS Office applications)
- Valid UK driving license with a satisfactory driving history
- Demonstrates awareness of potential risks and safety protocols
- Holds GCSE qualifications or equivalent in Geography, Maths, and English, or a background in an environmental-related discipline
- Experienced in hands-on tasks, including use of power and hand tools
- Willing to travel as required
