We are seeking a highly motivated Water Management Specialist to join our team in Theale, Reading. As a key member of our Hydrometry and Monitoring team, you will be responsible for processing and reporting water data collected by our field team, as well as performing administrative office tasks.
This role requires strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. A valid UK driving license is also essential, as you may need to visit sites across England to carry out water measurements and maintain telemetry logging equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a GCSE or equivalent qualification in Geography, Environmental Education, Geology, or Outdoor Education, and experience in data analysis, data quality, and Data Technician tasks, with a focus on managing data quantity. Familiarity with data reporting is also preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, 2x life assurance, sick pay, and employee referral scheme.
