About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Naval Architect to provide effective leadership and coordination of engineering and technical activities in a leading marine industry firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Naval Architecture principles and sound engineering judgement to solve complex problems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a positive attitude and values of integrity, collaboration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coordination of engineering and technical activities.
  • Utilise a strong understanding of Naval Architecture principles and sound engineering judgement to solve problems.
  • Work with the Project Management community to task and manage work conducted by technical teams.
  • Mentor others to improve knowledge within engineering and technical communities.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, dynamic individual with a positive attitude and values of integrity, collaboration, and performance.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis including experience with programming (Matlab, Python etc.).
