We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Water Sector team at Stantec. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our continued expansion in the Regulated Water Sector.
About the Role- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to advise on best practices and recruit top talent across numerous disciplines in our water sector.
- Develop direct sourcing strategies and collaborate with our sourcing team to build candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements.
- Utilize your expertise to devise effective recruitment plans and implement them to meet business objectives.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition practitioner with a successful track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will have a passion for finding top talent in the market and enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment function.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence at all levels. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
