Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have two core focus areas: hiring and business partnering. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing new talent, representing PageGroup as an employer of choice in the external market. The successful candidate will ensure that the recruitment process is adhered to, achieving an objective and unbiased outcome, and upskilling the business in best practices where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new talent and represent PageGroup as an employer of choice
  • Ensure the recruitment process is adhered to and achieves an objective and unbiased outcome
  • Upskill the business in best practices where needed
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • Embed themselves in their business partner area and regularly update stakeholders on business changes and hiring requirements
Requirements
  • Proven track record in internal or agency recruitment
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management at all levels
  • Track record in relationship management
  • Ideal experience in hiring recruiters or sales/commercial professionals
  • Self-starter with strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel when needed
