About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineering Lead to join our Global Information Security team. This role will report directly to the Head of Security Architecture and Engineering and will be responsible for leading engineering efforts across multiple teams and time zones.

The successful candidate will have experience in engineering at a large enterprise scale, as well as expertise in network security (WAF, IDS/IPS), cloud workload protection, and cloud security posture management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure architectures for our cloud-based platforms
  • Collaborate with Modern Workplace and Platform Infrastructure teams to enhance the security of our systems and architecture
  • Contribute to architectural reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to select and manage security tools and services
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving attack tactics, techniques, and procedures and apply continuous improvement to security tools and processes
  • Translate regulatory and client requirements into technical security controls
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of engineering in large-scale environments, managing multiple stakeholders and change in complex technology stacks
  • Experience with automation during deployment and management, including Powershell, Python, Terraform, and REST APIs
  • Experience deploying and managing enterprise security tooling, such as network security (WAF, IDS/IPS), cloud workload protection, and cloud security posture management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
  • Ability to support strategy development and contribute to business growth
  • Vendor management skills, with experience selecting and managing security tools and services
