About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Lister / Valuer to join our team at a leading Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector in the Barnehurst area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price.
  • Work closely with vendors to offer a professional valuation service, bring new properties to the branch, and list new properties that have been sourced.
  • Collaborate with the team to match properties with potential buyers and provide general assistance to the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch.
  • Maximise income and profit from a range of products and services, and run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is unable to attend.
Requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into listings and ultimately sales.
  • Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation, and a passion for excellence.
  • Proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license.
