Key Responsibilities of E-Commerce Manager
  1. Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing to drive website performance, maintenance, and digital marketing channels.
  2. Optimise Shopify Plus websites to create immersive customer journeys, boosting conversion rates and user satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the operation and trading of B2B and B2C websites, ensuring new and existing products, content, and marketing assets are fully optimised.
  4. Lead the launch of new e-commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Shop, and spearhead continuous website improvements.
  5. Manage on-site merchandising to ensure commercial success and smooth operation of digital touchpoints.
  6. Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  7. Drive website optimisation and improve user experience through strong analytical skills and experience launching and managing platforms like TikTok Shop and Amazon Shop.
