Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key player in our digital transformation, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth and optimising online performance across our Shopify Plus websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the Shopify Plus websites, delivering a seamless customer journey for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO), focusing on UX improvements to maximise on-site performance.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading of both B2B and B2C websites, overseeing product launches, merchandising, content updates, and more.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing on digital marketing initiatives across SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Be a key player in launching new sales channels such as TikTok Shop and/or Amazon.
  • Ensure the health and commercial success of all e-commerce platforms, from website maintenance to marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • A digital marketing all-rounder with a strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Proven track record of executing strategy and delivering strong conversion and UX improvements.
  • Ability to work across multiple areas of ecommerce with minimal external support.
  • Experience with or willingness to launch TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Shop.
