Acuity Care Group Limited is seeking an experienced Paediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to paediatric patients in complex care environments.

Job Overview

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality care. You will work closely with Complex Care Managers, ICBs, and other professional bodies to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing maintenance of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the safe transition and mobilisation of complex packages from hospital to home.
  • Maintain ongoing services for existing clients, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-centred care and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing complex cases in ICU, spinal care, or complex care environments.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage own diary and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, car allowance, and commitment to Health and Wellbeing.
