About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Radiation Therapist to join our team at GenesisCare UK. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of world-class radiotherapy services to patients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of radiation therapists and physicists to deliver high-quality radiotherapy services
  • Develop and implement new treatments and technologies to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our radiotherapy services
  • Liaise with manufacturers and engineers to resolve any technical issues or concerns
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clinical teams on radiotherapy planning and treatment
Requirements
  • Degree in Physics or related field, with significant experience in radiotherapy
  • Registration with the UK HealthCare Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Scientist in Radiotherapy Specialism
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
