Hampshire County Council is a modern business delivering a wide range of services that make a real difference to the lives of residents. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Application Support Team.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support for the MOSAIC system, resolving technical issues and data problems. You will work in a dynamic environment supporting business-critical applications and have a background in IT, with experience in supporting and configuring business applications.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have good analytical skills. You will be able to establish working relationships at all levels and have effective problem-solving skills to manage and resolve complex support incidents.
