MOSAIC Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Technician to join our Application Support Team at Hampshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing first-line support for our complex applications, including the Mosaic system.

The successful candidate will have a background in IT, with experience in supporting and configuring business applications. Knowledge of Local Authority business processes is an advantage, but not essential. You will be a self-starter, willing to take the initiative, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing and resolving complex support incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting business-critical applications, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team.
