Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and upholding our reputation as ambassadors for the Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for your department, driving commercial growth and motivating your team to deliver excellent results.
  • Manage and mentor your Partners to be the best they can be, developing and coaching them to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the branch, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Take on additional responsibilities, including Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch, showcasing your leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management or front-line customer service management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • Desirable experience in stakeholder management, project management, and retail operations.
