Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and upholding our reputation as ambassadors for the Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for your department, driving commercial growth and motivating your team to deliver excellent results.
- Manage and mentor your Partners to be the best they can be, developing and coaching them to excel in their roles.
- Contribute to the overall success of the branch, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Take on the responsibility of Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch, showcasing your leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for sales, with a focus on driving growth and delivering results.
- Experience in retail management or front-line customer service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Desirable skills and qualifications include stakeholder management, project management, and retail management.

Pay and Hours:
