Join us as an experienced Support Staff member in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, and play a vital role in supporting student success in a modern and ambitious Secondary School. As a Support Staff member, you will work alongside the Class Teacher to ensure high standards of teaching and provide individualized support to students.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high-quality learning, independence, and ownership. Your experience and skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members, and help shape the educational experience of our students.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months classroom experience, as well as experience working with students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You will also possess excellent behavioural and classroom management skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including enhanced DBS checks and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
