Job Description

This role involves working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality educational programs for students in need of additional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student learning and achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering effective educational programs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance student learning and achievement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements.

Requirements

  • A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • An understanding of child development and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £32,454 per annum (Grade 4)
