Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Needs

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Needs to join their team in Exmouth, Devon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with special educational needs and make a real difference in their lives.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field and experience working with students with special educational needs. They will be able to provide individualized support to students with varying levels of need and collaborate with the teaching team to develop strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in a mainstream village primary school setting
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
