Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Surgery Surgical Care Practitioner to join our Surgical Institute. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering and optimizing our Robotics Surgery program.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Robotic surgery interventions and peri-operative care under the supervision of a senior surgeon.
- Develop and maintain the team's surgical skills and knowledge in Robotic surgery.
- Act as a point of contact for Robotic surgery and services to optimize patient care.
- Collaborate with the Lead SCP and various consultants to drive innovation in Robotics projects.
- Facilitate junior members of the team with their CPD, setting goals, facilitating training opportunities, and mentoring as appropriate.
- Significant experience at a Surgical Care Practitioner level assisting surgeons through robotic surgeries, with experience in abdominal and pelvic surgery preferable.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical decision making, clinical surgical skills, teaching, critical thinking, coaching, counselling, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for team and individual improvement, skills and knowledge development, and engage staff in teaching and training.
