Job Title: Manhattan Super User

We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan Super User to join our team at Computer Futures. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and optimization of our warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Manhattan WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Integrate Manhattan WMS with other enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, OMS)
  • Develop custom scripts and automation solutions for process improvements
  • Diagnose system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
  • Train end-users on WMS functionalities and best practices
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse staff
  • Manage WMS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing and optimizing WMS solutions in a warehouse environment
  • Relevant certifications in SQL, database management, or relevant programming languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, warehouse staff, and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
