Job Responsibilities:- You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- You will adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and clinical guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- A valid Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health nursing principles and practices.
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
