Mental Health Nurse Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a private mental health hospital in Northampton.

Hourly Wage: £18.68 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

  1. Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  2. Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  3. Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
