Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation team at Wright Hassall LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on challenging and high-value defended debt and pre-insolvency matters, including:

  • Conducting research and analysis to support the litigation team
  • Drafting legal documentation, including court pleadings and other documents
  • Managing deadlines and competing work priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assisting with enquiries from clients and providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and prior experience of the Debt Recovery & Litigation process and regulations, as well as a working knowledge of the litigation processes from issuing claims through to varying enforcement methods. They will also possess excellent communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the litigation team in conducting research and analysis to support court cases

Requirements:
