Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer for Air Conditioning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional BMS support to an assigned customer base.

  • Mission Critical Support: You will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Your proactive approach and dedication to nurturing strong customer relationships will be essential in driving service digital transformation and upholding our company values.
Delivering Exceptional Service
  1. Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure safe and responsible work practices, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behavior.
  2. Best-in-Class Performance: Deliver high-quality service by actively engaging with customers to identify and resolve operational issues.
  3. Service Reporting: Generate clear and concise reports that underscore the value of Schneider Electric's solutions.
  4. Energy Efficiency: Identify opportunities for energy savings and suggest mutually beneficial projects.
  5. Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to Operations Managers and Sales teams on larger opportunities.
  6. Extended Support: Participate in the team call-out rota and extend support to other team members whenever necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Electrical Background: Possess a solid understanding of electrical systems and substantial experience in the BMS and/or HVAC industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in a Field Service environment with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English; possession of a full driving license.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT and comfortable with technology.
Education and Expertise
  1. Certification: Hold relevant electrical certification.
  2. BMS/HVAC Expertise: Possess expertise in Building Management Systems and HVAC systems.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Have knowledge of networking and SQL.
