Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Project Planning and Control Specialist to join our industry-leading team at IPS-Integrated Project Services. Based out of our EMEA headquarters in the UK, this role involves reviewing, coordinating, and summarizing project activities, including cost control, planning, and scheduling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Project Control Execution Plan using MS Project.
  • Produce regular project cost and progress reports for the Project Manager and Client.
  • Analyze potential project problems and identify solutions.
  • Special projects as assigned by the Project Manager with concurrence from the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Control, or Project Coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Demonstrated project management/controls experience.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team-building abilities.
  • High level of computer expertise in Word, Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. IPS-Integrated Project Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
