Product Vision Owner

About the Role:
Gladstone Software UK is seeking a Product Vision Owner to join their experienced team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the consumer vision and helping consumers easily access leisure facilities and manage their own fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and drive product vision forward alongside a great team of collaborative people.
- Champion user experience at every turn, creating solutions that are simple to use and enable consumers to self-serve.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to help lead product initiatives from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
- Own the product backlog, defining the scope and leading requirements gathering and working alongside the development team to break down stories.
- Act as the 'Voice of the customer' within the R&D department.
- Support the scrum master in facilitating sprint planning and execution.
- Provide regular product updates to the executive team and the company.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects.
- Experience in project delivery.
- The ability to build cross-functional collaboration with development, design, marketing, sales, and other departments.
- An analytical mind that can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a true owner of your product.
