About the Role

Gladstone Software UK is seeking a Product Owner to join their experienced team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and organizing agile project teams. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment and will likely be responsible for managing several concurrent product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and drive product vision forward alongside a great team of collaborative people.
  • Champion user experience at every turn, creating solutions that are simple to use which enable consumers to self-serve.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to help lead your product initiatives from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Own the product backlog, defining the scope and leading requirements gathering and working alongside the development team to break down stories.
  • Act as the 'Voice of the customer' within the R&D department.
  • Support the scrum master in facilitating sprint planning and execution.
  • Provide regular product updates to the executive team and the company.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects.
  • Experience in project delivery.
  • The ability to build cross-functional collaboration with development, design, marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • An analytical mind that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a true owner of your product.
