Behavior Analyst Opportunity at Discovery ABA

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in New Hampshire.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community-based settings.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
