Gersh Autism is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to fill the role of ABA Therapist. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute significantly to the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Position:

  • Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and execute customized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
  • Provide essential support to help children achieve their full potential across various environments.
  • Engage in activities that foster each child's growth and development, such as circle time, centers, discrete trial training, and more.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Previous experience working with individuals with Autism is a plus, but not required

Physical and Working Conditions:

  • Ensure student safety at all times and follow Safety Care procedures when necessary.
  • Be prepared to intervene safely in potentially hazardous situations and, in certain cases, lift a child.

Salaries and Benefits:

  • Starting hourly rate: $23.00
  • Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
