Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Genium Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the chemical industry, ensuring their regulatory compliance and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Ensure clients' regulatory compliance, assisting with necessary paperwork and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
  • Represent the company at external conferences, trade shows, and marketing events, expanding your network and contributing to business development efforts
  • Lead a team of regulatory experts, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a degree in a scientific subject, preferably chemistry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including experience working with REACH regulations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a genuine desire to assist and support
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients at all levels and build strong rapport
  • Prior experience in a compliance-related role within a relatable industry
  • Experience with SAP systems would be beneficial for managing data and generating reports efficiently
  • Experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems would demonstrate your commitment to quality and process improvement
  • A Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor certification would highlight your expertise in handling dangerous goods and commitment to safety

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £55K-£65K (€64K-€76K) with annual reviews
  • 28 days annual leave, early finish on a Friday, 5% pension contributions, and the option to work from home
  • Hybrid working - typically 1 day per week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a work-life balance
