Key Responsibilities- Conduct advanced microbiological testing and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
- Develop and implement new test methods and protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide expertise in microbiological analysis and assist in training staff as needed.
- BS/MS degree in a relevant field such as microbiology or biotechnology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience.
