BMS Performance is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the North of England region. This role will involve managing a variety of customers and stakeholders across Northern England, Central Belt of Scotland, and North Wales.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality commercial refrigerators and freezers via specialist project consultants, dealers, and some end-user customers. Key to success in this role is a proven track record of selling equipment or products to dealers and an awareness of the relationships needed to develop both dealer and end-user customers. Candidates with strong sales structure, good new business drive, and an ability to map out key account customers and opportunities to upsell will work well in the role.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer customers and identify new business opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of projects, from pitching and winning new business to growing a portfolio of key customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

About You
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
• 2 years or more selling a product into dealer customers and end-users
• Catering capital equipment sales ideal OR Development Chef wanting to break into sales
• Ability to win and manage a pipeline of projects
• A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
• Happy with a large territory and daily travel to customer sites

What We Offer
• Competitive basic salary: £40-45,000 per annum
